International business structures · for over 20 years

Structure that holds up to scrutiny. And to a life.

International companies, accounts and locations, built step by step, with real substance and within the law. For entrepreneurs whose business has grown faster than their structure.

When entrepreneurs come to us

Rarely before. Usually after the first hit.

From around 1,500 conversations we know the moments when a structure suddenly stops holding.

01

The account is frozen

A payment provider or bank freezes funds. Daily business stops, questions go unanswered.

02

Audit or back-tax claim

A notice, an inspection, a deadline. And the paperwork no longer matches how you live today.

03

Grown faster than the structure

The business runs internationally, the company and accounts are still built for one country.

04

A turning point in life

A move, a separation, a company sale, an inheritance, children of school age. The old setup no longer fits.

Whoever ties everything to one country, one bank and one authority has a single point on which everything hangs. Our work is to spread that point.

Two paths

Build before the pressure comes. Or act when it is already here.

Both begin with an assessment. What follows depends on where you stand.

Path 1 · Build

The Setup

For entrepreneurs who want to put their structure in order while there is still time.
  • Assessment: where a single authority can reach you today
  • Location scoring with over 30 weighted criteria, including family and quality of life
  • Legal entities with little administration and a good reputation
  • Accounts where you are treated as a client
  • Given substance step by step, not all at once
Path 2 · Under pressure

Cover

For entrepreneurs whose bank, authority or auditor is already stepping in.
  • Clarify the situation: file, deadlines, the other side’s arguments
  • Find the contradiction, not just defend the facts
  • Strategy and sequence of steps
  • Calm for your family and daily business
  • Implementation together with licensed partner law firms

We do not provide individual legal or tax advice. Where it is needed, we work with licensed lawyers and tax advisors.

Process

Six steps. In digestible pieces.

Every client goes through the same sequence. After each step you see what it achieved.

1

Assessment

Where you can be reached. And what fits your life, your plans and your family. A structure has to fit the person, not just the tax code.

2

Scoring

Locations are compared with our own grid of over 30 weighted criteria. The result is a reasoned recommendation.

3

Setup

The right legal entities, lean and well regarded. We expand from what already exists.

4

Execution

Registration, accounts and payment channels through our own infrastructure and vetted partners in the US, Europe and Latin America.

5

Exit

Close old contracts, registrations and obligations cleanly. In the right order, so no gap opens up.

6

Workshop

Knowledge without jargon, office hours and support from our office. So you understand your own structure.

Open questions

What almost everyone asks first.

Is this legal?

Yes. A structure holds when it matches your actual life and has real substance: a business purpose, accounts, contracts, traceable payment flows. That is exactly how we build it. We do not build constructs that exist only on paper.

Do I need a shell company for this?

No. Mass mailbox addresses are one of the most common reasons banks close accounts. We give legal entities substance step by step.

Do you replace my tax advisor or lawyer?

No. We design strategy and structure and coordinate implementation. Individual legal and tax advice is provided by licensed partners, or by your own if you prefer.

What does it cost?

That depends on the assessment, not on a price list. In the first call we clarify whether and how we can help. You then receive a written proposal with clear steps.

How fast does it go?

The first steps often within a few weeks. The full build takes longer, and that is intentional: substance does not appear overnight.
